Electrode Coating Line

As a part of the process of producing secondary batteries (lithium-ion polymer batteries), it is an automated coating facility that continuously coat active materials (electrode materials) mixed in copper or aluminum foil with a set standard such as width and thickness. The fabric is automatically supplied from the unwinder through Auto Splice and the fabric buffer,
It can be coated on both sides of the top and bottom and is dried through a drying furnace applied with hot air and medium-wave infrared lamps (MIR LAMP).

It is also a system that inspects the coating surface in the vision, reads the thickness of the coating surface in the thickness meter, marks the defective part in the marker, and finally rewinds it in the rewinder.

■ Substrate Slitting Machine

It is a part of the battery production process, and it is an automated roll fabric processing facility that cuts copper and aluminum foil fabric coated with active materials to the desired width and rewinds it later.

The basic configuration is divided into three blocks: an unwinding part, a slit, and a winding part.
Since it is used in various fields according to the user's request, it is classified into general-purpose devices, dedicated devices, manual operation devices, and automation devices.
